I am an experienced facilitator in participatory processes, a trainer and a project manager. For over 15 years I have been writing and implementing projects aimed at spreading a culture of respect for human rights and the environment at Italian and international level. Since 2021 I am accredited to the IAF (International Association of Facilitators) as a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF).

I have a degree in Political Science and a Master in Social Entrepreneurship at ALTIS – Graduate School Business & Society of the Catholic University of Milan. I started to get passionate about facilitation after taking, back in 2006, a course on teamwork management and since then I have not stopped, continuing to train and experiment with the techniques that I was acquiring.

I attended trainings on Maieutic principles, Nonviolent Communication (CNV), many different techniques of facilitation (Technology of Participation, Open Space Technology, World Café etc.),Campaigning and Stakeholder Engagement strategies, Project Management and Theory of Change.

I really like being a facilitator, but it’s not my only passion. When it comes to playing and singing I never back down, I love long treks and outdoor life.
Together with my wife I try with up-and-down results to facilitate the growth of our three children. We live in a Community of Families through which we share an experience of solidarity based on acceptance, listening, openness and dialogue.

Facilitator

I became a member of the International Association of Facilitators in 2018 and in 2021, I obtained the qualification as a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), an international recognition of the skills required to guide groups and networks towards the achievement of their objectives. In the same year I was selected among the facilitators of the Facilitambiente environmental conflict prevention service, established by the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, Monza, Brianza and Lodi.

Trainer

Between 2010 and 2020 I was responsible for the Education and Training sector of Mani Tese NGO, and I worked as a trainer in many different contexts with people of all ages. I have coordinated and implemented training projects at school with both teachers and students, activism schools for young volunteers, adult courses on issues related to the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations. Since 2016 I am accredited as trainer of the young people who carry out the National Civil Service.

Project Manager

For over 15 years I have been writing and implementing projects aimed at spreading a culture of respect for human rights and the environment at an Italian and international level.

I have written and coordinated as Project Manager several projects of Global Citizenship Education and fight against educational poverty, gaining a considerable experience in the management of working groups and in the techniques of analysis and strengthening of territorial networks.
